Theatre festival of Peace and Friendship 2010 August

Children from Bamyan, Kabul, Jalalabad, Ghor and Herat chalenged eachother with their theatre pieces. Prior to the final days of the presentations MMCC artists and instructors improved the 20 participant plays with Peace and Friendship theme by making workshops for the junior artists and developing their props and increasing their skills.
From the semi-final round of the theatre festival 10 of the 20 participant teams could go further to the final round of the competition.
Mr. Hares Parwana, Najibollah Rahimi, and Soraia Mojhgan, famous artists of Kabul Theatre where introduced by ministry of culture to join the jury team of this championship. the entire event was observed and covered by different Afghan media and many of them already broadcasted the event in the following days. The final result of this championship was announced and children from Herat with their musical performance entitled Peace became champion of 2010.
