MMCC’s objectives include Circus, Education and Good Behavior

Staff training in November has become a tradition in MMCC. Before the large three month winter program for 350 children begins in December, it is time to make a status on the organizational achievements and needs in order to ensure a continued sustainability.

This year the workshop focuses on how to make the best balance between MMCC’s three overall objectives that include Circus, Education and Good Behavior. As the Afghan-MMCC organization is gradually taking over the full responsibility for all main activities in Kabul, the workshop is also the start of creating a long term plan for both the activities and financial goals.
